As a small independent studio, many of our products are produced in small batches, handmade, vintage, natural, or made-to-order.

Because of the nature of these items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Returned items must:

  • be unused and in original condition

  • include original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable Items

  • personalised or made-to-order items

  • vintage or one-of-a-kind pieces

  • sale items
